PHYSICIAN BENEFITS
The Physician Referral Network (Galaxy Health Network) provides discounts on health care services at Physician's Offices. Because the Program is not insurance, there are no claim forms, deductibles, or waiting periods. Members save an average of 10% to 40% at over 500,000 Offices throughout the Country, including family Physicians and Specialists.
The network includes both primary care physicians, specialists and ancillary facilities such as laboratories draw stations, and imaging centers.
The Physician Referral Network (Galaxy Health Network) is effective and easy to use. To locate providers in their area, members simply call the toll-free number located on their membership card. Members present their card at provider offices and receive immediate savings on services provided. Since there is no age or medical history restrictions, anyone can use this benefit.
DENTAL BENEFITS
With access to Americas Largest Dental Networks, Procard International members and their families can save on all dental care expenses. Our benefits are important to you whether you have dental insurance or not. Participating dentists provide the following preventive dental care at an average savings of $50.00* per person:
